Tottenham midfielder Mousa Dembele has eased fears that he faces a spell on the sidelines after being stretchered off in Saturday's goalless draw at home to Everton.
Dembele, 28, was forced off in strange circumstances at White Hart Lane when his right boot appeared to clip his left Achilles after he had passed the ball early in the second half.

But he wrote on Twitter that he hoped to play a part in Tottenham's trip to Sunderland on Sept. 13 after missing out on international duty with Belgium.
"Happy. No major injuries, hope to be back for our next Spurs game! #COYS," he wrote.
