United States coach Jurgen Klinsmann added Birmingham City defender Jonathan Spector on Tuesday to the squad that will face Peru and Brazil on Sept. 4 and 8.
The team now features 24 players for Friday's friendly at RFK Stadium against Peru, who were third-place finishers in this summer's Copa America.
Spector last joined the U.S. camp for a friendly against Ukraine in March 2014, and has a chance to make his first appearance since taking part in a 1-0 win against Italy on Feb. 29, 2012, in Genoa.
