The fourth-round of the U.S. Open Cup will feature four all-MLS matchups as the top-division clubs enter the competition.

All 20 American MLS clubs will start play in the round of 32 in June. The draw was conducted on Friday after teams were divided into groups of four based on geography.

There will be an all-New York area affair as the Red Bulls host rivals NYCFC, but the Los Angeles teams avoided each other, as did the Portland Timbers and Seattle Sounders.

In the other all-MLS matchups, Columbus Crew SC will host the Chicago Fire, defending champions Sporting Kansas City will travel to Real Salt Lake, and the Timbers are home against the San Jose Earthquakes.

After reaching the semifinals last year, FC Cincinnati, fresh off the news that it will likely be awarded an MLS expansion slot next week, will get an early taste of MLS action as they host Minnesota United
