Ukraine striker Olexandr Gladkiy ruled out for first leg vs. Slovenia

Ukraine striker Olexandr Gladkiy will not be fit for the first leg of his country's Euro 2016 playoff against Slovenia on Saturday.

Gladkiy has been battling an ankle injury and did not accompany the team to Lviv, according to Football 1.

Without the Shakhtar Donetsk forward, Ukraine will have to choose between Evhen Seleznyov, Artem Kravets and Pylyp Budkivskiy.

Ukraine will also have to make do without injured midfielder Ruslan Rotan, who will miss both legs. Taras Stepanenko and Olexandr Kucher are suspended for the first leg.
