What is the Euro 2020 format?

The 24 teams have been drawn into 6 groups of four nations.

The group winners and runners-up will advance to the knockout rounds, along with the four best third-placed teams.

It is then a straight knockout tournament, with extra time and penalties if necessary. There will be a round of 16, quarterfinals, semifinals and a final.

Is Euro 2020 live on ESPN?

Yes, all 51 games will be live on ESPN (U.S. only) across various platforms. ESPN will televise 39 matches, with another seven on ESPN2. ABC will show five matches (two group stage matches, two round of 16 and one quarterfinal). All matches will be streamed live on ESPN+.

Matches will feature a 30-minute pregame show, with half-time and postgame reaction.

Will there be fans at the games?

Saint Petersburg and Baku will be at 50% capacity.

Budapest is aiming for 100% of the stadium capacity, with strict stadium entry requirements.

Amsterdam, Bucharest, Copenhagen, Glasgow, Rome and Seville will be at 25%-45%.

London has a minimum capacity of 25% for the group matches and round of 16 match.

Munich will allow 14,500 spectators, approximately 22%.
