Chelsea fear midfielder N'Golo Kante will miss the Europa League final against Arsenal on Wednesday after picking up a knee injury in training, sources have told ESPN FC.
Kante sustained the injury during a session at Cobham on Saturday, having only rejoined full training last week after recovering from a hamstring problem that had sidelined him for Chelsea's previous two competitive games as well as the club's friendly against New England Revolution in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

Chelsea medical staff will assess Kante further but there is significant concern the France international will not be fit to face Arsenal, leaving Maurizio Sarri's midfield options further depleted after Ruben Loftus-Cheek ruptured his Achilles tendon during the match in the United States.
Both had been expected to start against Arsenal in Baku, and in their absence Ross Barkley and Mateo Kovacic will likely deputise either side of Jorginho.
Sarri is also without defender Antonio Rudiger, whose season was ended by an operation to repair the meniscus in his left leg, and winger Callum Hudson-Odoi, who ruptured his Achilles during a 2-2 draw with Burnley in April.
Hudson-Odoi is hoping to return to fitness in time for the start of next season, while Sarri last week said Loftus-Cheek will need "four to six months" on the sidelines before he is ready to come back to training.
Chelsea will fly from London to Baku on Monday, and a decision will be taken on whether to include Kante in the travelling party once his injury is assessed.
