NYON, Switzerland -- Roma winger Adem Ljajic has avoided suspension for inciting home fans when celebrating his goal in a volatile Europa League win at Feyenoord. UEFA says Ljajic received just a warning from its disciplinary panel. The Serbia international is now clear to play against Fiorentina next week in the last 16. Ljajic scored the opening goal in Roma's 2-1 win in Rotterdam, which was twice halted by fan disorder. The first leg in Italy was also marred by fan violence. Feyenoord faces UEFA charges on March 19 for racist behavior by fans after an inflatable banana was thrown on the field, and other offenses. UEFA says it also fined Roma 10,000 euros for being late for a kickoff.
