Was Bobby Wood's goal the United States' most important in 25 years?

Taylor Twellman questions the confidence of the U.S. team but feels they will still qualify for the World Cup.
Taylor Twellman gives his in-depth thoughts as to why the United States is struggling in developing world class stars.

It was a goal that gave a much-needed boost to the United States' flagging World Cup qualification hopes, but just how important was Bobby Wood's 85th-minute strike against Honduras, which secured a 1-1 draw?

Here's the view of ESPN soccer analyst Taylor Twellman:

"The goal from Bobby Wood, I think, is the biggest in U.S. soccer history over the last 20-25 years, and that includes Landon Donovan's goal against Algeria, because the United States cannot afford to not qualify for the World Cup the way the sport is gaining momentum in this country."
