Singapore will face Lebanon in a home friendly next month at the National Stadium as a warm up for the crunch AFC Asian Cup qualifier against Bahrain.

Football Association of Singapore (FAS) announced that the Lions will play the Lebanese on Nov. 9, five days before the clash with group leaders Bahrain, also at the National Stadium.

Portugal's Vingada saw his first game in charge end in a costly 2-1 defeat at home to Lebanon in 2019 AFC Asian Cup qualifying on Tuesday.

But current Iran manager Quieroz, who worked alongside Vingada as Portugal won consecutive Under-20 World Cups in 1989 and 1991, has backed his compatriot to succeed.

"I have been to Malaysia...

Amri Yahyah vs. Timor-Leste 2016
