Algeria coach rants at journalist he calls 'enemy of the national team'

Rabah Madjer lost his temper at a news conference.

The quintet who have secured their spots at the global high table - Nigeria, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia and Senegal - may be among the continent's strongest teams and best organised units, but they boast relatively few of Africa's genuine superstars.

Indeed, only a third of the players named in CAF's...

Algeria vs. Nigeria: Super Eagles Player Ratings

While Nigeria's spot at the 2018 World Cup was already secured heading into Friday's final qualifier against Algeria, the fixture in Constantine offered an ideal opportunity for several players within Gernot Rohr's squad to impress ahead of the showpiece.

Here's how the Super Eagles fared in their 1-1 draw against Les Fennecs:

5 Ikechukwu Ezenwa: The goalkeeper played with confidence and passed comfortably out from the back, but he didn't have any real saves to make. However, his handling was dodgy...
