Sweden's Zlatan Ibrahimovic: Denmark's goal doesn't mean anything

Sweden forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic said he is not concerned by Denmark's away goal after a 2-1 win in the first leg of their Euro 2016 qualifier on Saturday night.

Ibrahimovic continued his rich vein of form by converting a second-half penalty after Emil Forsberg had opened the scoring for the Swedes in the first period of the all-Scandinavian affair.

However, Nicolai Jorgensen pulled one back to slightly dampen Sweden's spirits. Ibrahimovic, though, is not concerned.

"We won, but we were tired by the end. Now we have one match out of the way and we won, at home," he told TV5. "It feels like we could have scored several more goals, but now the match is done. We won, and 2-1 is a good result.

"We left a strong effort behind and their goal doesn't mean anything. Now we just have to focus fully ahead of the second match."

Meanwhile, Denmark striker Nicklas Bendtner said he was pleased that the visitors left with an away goal.

"We talked at half-time that we had to go out and do better for the second half," he was quoted as saying by Fyens. "So it is obviously negative, they got a penalty, but the positive is that we scored so we were in the game.

"In the periods where we played ball, we did well. But we did not do it enough."
