Bob Bradley upset with 'game-changer' penalty in Swansea's 5-0 loss

LONDON -- Swansea manager Bob Bradley says referee Jonathan Moss made the "wrong decision" to award Tottenham a penalty in Saturday's 5-0 defeat at White Hart Lane, describing the moment as a "game-changer."

Moss adjudged former Spurs player Kyle Naughton to have fouled Dele Alli after 39 minutes, although replays suggested there was minimal contact. Harry Kane cooly scored his sixth league goal of the season from the spot -- the eighth penalty Spurs have been awarded this season.

Son Heung-Min scored an acrobatic second in first-half stoppage-time before Kane added a third and Christian Eriksen wrapped up an emphatic victory with two goals.

"I think it was the wrong decision. I don't think the referee was in a very good position and certainly it was a game-changer," former United Sates manager Bradley told a postmatch news conference.

"I haven't seen a good enough replay [to say whether Alli dived]. We told [Naughton] right away that it was a wrong decision and to put it behind him."

However, Bradley admitted his side -- who had one shot in the entire match, which was blocked, and just 40 percent of possession -- were second-best.

"I am pretty honest and today we were not good enough," he said. "We knew that it was going to be tough to get points here, it is difficult for everybody to get points at White Hart Lane. We also knew that Tottenham was a team that was going to really press with intensity. They put us under the most pressure.

"We just weren't good enough, we were second-best most of the time and when they pressed us we couldn't get the first pass out of pressure. There is a lot there in which we need to work on to get ourselves out of pressure now we have to focus on the important run of games.

"There is confidence -- it is not all lost on a day like today. We feel frustrated and angry but now we know that there is a lot to play for.

"I will expect that we can learn from a day like today, still have confidence and be ready against Sunderland and make an all important start on a number of games that are going to spell out our journey."
