Crystal Palace closing in on deal for Olympiakos' Milivojevic - sources

Serbia midfielder Luka Milivojevic is currently with Olympiakos.

Crystal Palace are closing in on the signing Olympiakos midfielder Luka Milivojevic, with the player set to fly in for talks and a medical, sources close to the club have told ESPN FC.

Palace boss Sam Allardyce has targeted a move for Serbian international Milivojevic as he looks to strengthen his midfield options before the close of the transfer window.

Palace have agreed a fee in the region of £12.5 million with Olympiakos for Milivojevic and have beaten interest from Hull to land the Serbian international.

Defensive midfielder Milivojevic has impressed at Olympiakos since joining from Anderlecht in the summer of 2015.

The 25-year-old has established himself as a key man in the Olympiakos side and he is a regular in the Serbia national team.

Milivojevic has scored five goals in 16 games in the Greek Super League to help Olympiakos to the top of the table this season, but they are resigned to losing him to Palace.
