Udinese give Orestis Karnezis one-year contract extension
Udinese have rewarded goalkeeper Orestis Karnezis with a one-year contract extension after a strong first season in Serie A.
The Greek international started in 37 league games for Udinese, helping the Friuli outfit finish 16th in the standings in 2014-15.

A statement from Udinese read: "Udinese Calcio announces the renewal with mutual satisfaction of the economic agreement in place with goalkeeper Orestis Karnezis.
"The contract of the Bianconeri player will now expire on June 30, 2019."
Karnezis' previous deal was set to expire in 2018.
Udinese acquired Karnezis from Panathinaikos in the summer of 2013 but the 29-year-old was sent out on a season-long loan to Spanish Primera Division side Granada.
He returned to Italy last summer and beat Italian goalkeeper Simone Scuffet to the number one spot at Udinese.
