Barcelona won't find La Liga decider easy - Granada's Andres Fernandez

Barcelona will not be given an easy ride when they attempt to retain the Primera Division title at Granada this weekend, according to opposition goalkeeper Andres Fernandez.

Luis Enrique's men travel to Andalucia for the final league game of the season knowing that victory will seal Barca's 24th La Liga success.

Hosts Granada have nothing to play for after securing their top-flight status with a 4-1 win at Sevilla last weekend, but a positive result on Saturday could allow second-placed Real Madrid to be crowned champions.

"If it wasn't Barcelona, I would say the opponent doesn't matter, but we will not step aside for Barcelona," Fernandez said. "We will prepare for the match normally."

Real Madrid are a point behind Barca and also play on Saturday, kicking off at Deportivo at the same time as their rivals.

Fernandez, 29, who has made 36 appearances this campaign during a loan spell from Porto, says his side plan to celebrate avoiding relegation when they host the leaders.

"For us it is a tremendous relief to be safe," he said. "The secret of our revival comes from the fans, and that we have had a better second half of the season than the first.

"We are planning a party, and a victory in front of our home fans is the best way to end this season."
