Barcelona vice-president Susana Monje has said money will be available for new signings, with the club set to confirm record annual revenues of €608 million for 2014-15.
Barca have been hit by injuries to key players including Lionel Messi and Andres Iniesta, with summer signings Arda Turan and Aleix Vidal unable to play until January because of a transfer ban imposed by FIFA.
This has led to speculation that new players will be arriving in the January transfer window, with Celta Vigo's ex-Barca B attacker Nolito a reported target, although budgetary considerations mean squad players might have to be sold to raise funds.
Coach Luis Enrique has said Barcelona have been preparing for the January window since the summer.
Monje told a news conference: "We can sign and shall make an effort to do so, but we have to be prudent. The club has made profits, it is solid, and that means we can cover the players' salaries."
She will present the results to the club's Members' Assembly on Sunday, with a statement setting out the financial situation.
"At next Members' Assembly, the club will seek approval of the 2014-15 financial results, which included €608m of revenue, a club record, and a profit of €15m," it said.
"That brings to €128m the total profit since 2010. The budget also foresees record revenues of €633m this season, and a profit of €20m."
The statement also said Barca's overall club debt had risen by €41m to €328m, in part due to extra salaries and bonuses due after the team won the treble last season.
"An increase of 39 percent in sports-related salaries from the previous season... resulted in an increase in variable sports expenditures of €53m," it said.
"Also important was the bonus paid to Xavi Hernandez at the end of his contract as well as contract renewals signed by Sergio Busquets, Dani Alves, Pedro Rodriguez and Sergi Roberto.
"The significant investment in player acquisitions (Luis Suarez, Jeremy Mathieu, Claudio Bravo, Thomas Vermaelen and, at the end of the season, Aleix Vidal) led to an increase in net debt, rising from €287m the previous year to €328m.
"However, it is important to note that, since the 2010-11 season, net debt has been reduced by €102m."
The figures also show that Barcelona spent €1.8m on legal services last year, while "management expenditures increased by €15m compared to the previous season."
Sunday's meeting had also been due to also decide on a board proposal on a new shirt sponsorship deal.
Blaugrana president Josep Maria Bartomeu was in Qatar this week, reportedly to sew up an extension of the current arrangement with Qatar Airlines, but another club statement said a vote on that issue had been postponed.
