Thai striker Teerasil leaves Almeria to rejoin TPL giants Muang Thong United

Thailand striker Teerasil Dangda has terminated his loan deal with Spanish La Liga side Almeria and will join Thai Premier League (TPL) giants Muang Thong United for the 2015 season.

The 26-year-old -- who played six games and scored one goal since joining the Spanish club in June last year -- cited language barrier and the lack of playing time as reasons behind the termination of the loan deal.

"I had a lot of problems, particularly while communicating with the coach and teammates which made it difficult for me to understand the team's tactics," Teerasil told the Bangkok Post.

The prolific TPL forward is expected to arrive in Bangkok on Thursday, the last day of player registration for the new TPL season which starts on Feb 14.

Teerasil -- who has scored 29 international goals in 60 appearances -- will join the Thai national team who are currently in Nakhon Ratchasima preparing for the King's Cup tournament, which will be played from Feb. 1 to Feb. 7.

Thailand will face Uzbekistan, South Korea and Honduras in the round-robin competition.

Teerasil was not part of Kiatisuk Senamuang's 2014 AFF Suzuki Cup title-winning squad. However, Kiatisuk has said the striker is welcome to join the War Elephants for the King's Cup campaign.
