James Rodriguez's father talks up Juventus move amid Bayern, Real Madrid uncertainty

James Rodriguez's father has said that a move to Juventus would be "a good decision" for his son to make.

Having entered the final few months of his two-year loan at Bayern from Real Madrid, James' future is unclear.

Bayern have an option to make the move from Madrid a permanent one, but a lack of playing time under head coach Niko Kovac has led to speculation the Colombia international could move on.

Amid reports in Spain that Cristiano Ronaldo is trying to convince his former teammate of a move to Juventus, Wilson Rodriguez, James' father, has told German outlet Sport Bild his son "is not that happy" at Bayern.

"He has many offers," Rodriguez Sr. said, and citing Juventus' interest added: [James and Cristiano] are very good friends. The way I perceive Italian football right now, [Juventus] would be a good decision."

James, meanwhile, remained quiet on his future in an interview with Bild.

Having only made eight starts for Bayern this season, the-27-year-old said he "must remain calm" and "do a good job" when he gets a chance.

When asked about his future beyond the summer, he added: "That's still four months away. Currently, I only think about Bayern."
