Rayo Vallecano sign Ousseynou Cisse from Dijon

Rayo Vallecano have signed France-born Senegalese midfielder Ousseynou Cisse from Ligue 2 club Dijon for an undisclosed fee.

The 24-year-old, a former trainee with Paris Saint-Germain, has signed a three-year contract at Vallecas.

The Madrid side, who finished 11th in the Primera Division last season, announced the deal with a tweet from their official account.
