Real Madrid striker Javier Hernandez reiterated the impact he can make when coming off the substitutes' bench after scoring twice in his side's emphatic 8-2 win over Deportivo.

Hernandez replaced Gareth Bale in the 77th minute to score in the 88th minute and in injury time as Carlo Ancelotti's men hammered their La Liga opponents.
The Mexico international, who signed for Real from Manchester United on a season-long loan in the summer, has now scored 16 goals as a substitute in the last five seasons.

Hernandez's first goal was an outstanding strike with his left foot that whistled into the top corner, while the second was a deflected effort.
