Asmir Begovic hoping for a reunion with John Terry at Bournemouth

Asmir Begovic says it would be "great" if his former Chelsea teammate John Terry joins him in signing for Bournemouth this summer.

Terry is weighing up his options as a free agent after bringing to an end an illustrious 22-year career at Stamford Bridge, and has reportedly attracted interest from Stoke City, West Bromwich Albion and Aston Villa.

Bournemouth were heavily linked with a move for Terry in January, and Begovic -- who moved to the Vitality Stadium from Chelsea earlier this month in search...

Champions Chelsea nearing important decisions on transfers, young players

After a long, taxing and unexpectedly glorious season, the Chelsea players and management can now enjoy a well-deserved summer holiday. The FA Cup final might have been one match too far, but they can still spend the next few weeks lying on the beach and basking in the contented glow of being Premier League champions.

Behind the scenes at Stamford Bridge, however, there will be a hive of activity as the negotiators and strategists attempt to plot a coherent path through the summer transfer window....

Bournemouth agree signing of Chelsea goalkeeper Asmir Begovic

Bournemouth have agreed the signing of goalkeeper Asmir Begovic from Chelsea for an undisclosed fee, reported to be around £15 million.

The 29-year-old Bosnia and Herzegovina international will officially arrive at the Vitality Stadium on July 1.

Begovic enjoyed a brief loan spell with the Cherries in 2007, making eight appearances, and has agreed a "long-term deal'' on the south coast.

"AFC Bournemouth is an exciting, ambitious club which has everything in place for a very bright future,"...

Chelsea's Asmir Begovic questions Premier League medal allocations

Chelsea goalkeeper Asmir Begovic has admitted that he doesn't believe he deserves a Premier League winners' medal this season, and called on the governing body to change the rule on the minimum number of appearances required to get one.

Premier League rules state that Chelsea will be provided with a total of 40 medals to hand out to players and staff alongside the trophy presentation on Sunday, with all players who have made at least five appearances in the competition guaranteed a medal.

Bournemouth to target Chelsea's Asmir Begovic again - sources

Bournemouth are planning a fresh move for Chelsea goalkeeper Asmir Begovic this summer, sources close to the south coast club have told ESPN FC.

Begovic, 29, has been a long-term target for Bournemouth, who failed in a bid to sign him in January as Chelsea were unable to find a replacement.

Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe has made a new goalkeeper one of his top priorities during this summer's transfer window and the Bosnia and Herzegovina international remains his No. 1 target.

Pedro continues FA Cup success, Chelsea win comfortably at Wolves

Chelsea are through to the quarterfinals of the FA Cup after defeating Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-0 at Molineux.

After a laboured first half in which the Premier League leaders failed to assert any kind of authority over the struggling Championship side and with Antonio Conte reluctant to make changes, it seemed the game was headed for a stalemate and a replay.

It was going to take something special to break the deadlock, and in the 65th minute that moment arrived when Pedro snuck in behind the Wolves'...
