Andy Carroll a rare bright spot as West Ham squander first-half lead at Hull

West Ham slumped to their fourth consecutive defeat as they gave away a goal lead to lose 2-1 to Hull City at the KCOM Stadium.

The Hammers were comfortably ahead thanks to an Andy Carroll goal at half-time, but Hull boss Marco Silva made a tactical switch at the break and Slaven Bilic's men failed to cope. West Ham ready for Antonio Conte's all-star Chelsea in London derby

Chelsea visit the London Stadium for the second time this season in Monday night's Premier League fixture.

The match is already a sell-out and supporters will fill the new ground in the hope of seeing last season's spectacular win emulated or a repeat of this campaign's cup result. In what most fans consider to be their best performance of the season, West Ham knocked Chelsea out of the EFL Cup in a 2-1 win last October.
