Paris Saint-Germain coach Thomas Tuchel is unconcerned by striker Edinson Cavani's shaky form in front of goal.
The French champions thumped Amiens 5-0 on Saturday to make it 10 consecutive wins since the start of the Championnat season but the Uruguay international looked out of sorts and missed two good chances, while Marquinhos, Adrien Rabiot, Julian Draxler, Kylian Mbappe and Moussa Diaby all scored.
"Yes, Edinson is going through a difficult moment," said Tuchel post-match. "However, he has travelled a lot while on international duty.
"I wanted to take him off after 70 minutes and I had hoped that he would score as it would have been good for his confidence. In these situations, patience is needed -- the goals will come back.
"I am sure that Edi will get chances to score against Napoli."
Tuchel also confirmed that Marco Verratti and Angel Di Maria were substituted as a precaution and that captain Thiago Silva also did not feature because he needs them all fit to face Napoli in the Champions League next week.
"Marco and Angel came off because they had muscle complaints," the German tactician said. "For the moment, I think that they can play against Napoli. "Thiago too -- he had a muscle issue in training and Amiens was too big a risk."
Left-back Juan Bernat was criticised in an incredible rant by Bayern Munchen president Uli Hoeness during the week but when asked about it, the Spaniard refused to speak ill of his former club.
"Out of respect towards Bayern's leaders, I do not want to respond," he said. "I still have many friends in Munich. I do not want to react to his comments."
Defender Thilo Kehrer admitted that he and his teammates are looking forward to playing both Napoli and Marseille next week but stressed that one is not more important than the other.
"Le Classique is very important but the next match is always the most important," said the Germany international. "If we play well in the next game, we will then prepare for OM."
Marquinhos, who was captain for the Amiens match and scored the opening goal, revealed that both first half goals coming from corners was no surprise - they were training routines.
"It was a perfect evening," the Brazilian said. "We played well, we won big and we were in front of our supporters. We worked on our corner routines in training with video sessions as well."
Draxler made it 3-0 with a headed finish and the Germany international was delighted to get in on the act.
"It is my second headed goal of the season," he said. "It is not my strong point but you sometimes need to know how to use your head!"
Rabiot, who also scored with his head, admitted that international breaks can sometimes be difficult for team to get over.
"The international players were a bit tired," said the Frenchman. "Matches after international breaks are always tough. I think that we approached it the right way."
