Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti has admitted he would consider moving to the Premier League, La Liga or Serie A if he does leave the French champions and Ligue 1 in the future.
Speaking with Rai Sport, the Italy international said he is happy at Parc des Princes but left the door open to potential future moves to England, Spain or Italy.
"I am happy there," Verratti said of PSG. "Serie A is a great league, just like in Spain or England, so if one day if I were to leave Paris, I would evaluate and see what to do."
Verratti, 23, has been frequently linked with moves away from the French capital for some time, and his agent Donato Di Campli has regularly stoked the flames of transfer speculation.
The former Pescara man has regularly been touted as a dream signing for Juventus, and the player himself would have no problem returning to his home country for his first taste of Serie A -- but only if he leaves PSG.
"Nowadays there are teams ready to invest, like Inter Milan and Juventus," said Verratti. "I think Juve are right now one of the best four sides in the world and will get stronger over the next three or four years.
"If I was to leave Paris one day, I would have no problem going to Serie A."
Despite the obvious links between the two, Veratti insists his close relationship with legendary goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon at international level is strictly professional and not an attempt to engineer a move.
"Gigi did not talk to me about Juventus," protested Les Parisiens' No. 6. "He knows what I want, which is to stay in Paris.
"My teammates have always been close to me, I feel at home there and will always be fond of the PSG fans."
Despite his strong sense of belonging in Paris, Verratti admitted his currently employers are some way off being where they want to be in the Champions League.
"The truth is there are teams better suited to winning than us but in football you never know what can happen," he said. "We are not quite at the level of Barcelona or Bayern Munich, the results say that, but the club has a project and intends to get there."
