Orlando City goalkeeper Tally Hall has torn meniscus in right knee

Goalkeeper Tally Hall will have surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee and miss Orlando City's final game of the season on Sunday.

Hall suffered the injury during the final 10 minutes of Orlando's win over New York City FC on Friday night.

The MLS club did not provide a timeline for Hall's recovery, but he could still be sidelined when the 2016 season begins in March.

Last season, the 30-year-old Hall tore his ACL in the same knee.

Josh Ford, who replaced Hall on Friday, will start on Sunday against the Philadelphia Union.

Orlando City needs a small miracle to make the playoffs. The Lions will only overtake the New England Revolution with a win and if the Revs lose at NYCFC, with the combined goal difference in the scores at least eight in Orlando City's favor.
