Mohammed Abu played for Ghana at the 2012 African Nations Cup.

Midfielder Mohammed Abu joined Columbus Crew SC on Tuesday as a special discovery player from Norwegian club Stromsgodset.

Molde's Ole Gunnar Solskjaer approached about Norway job

Ole Gunnar Solksjaer led Molde to the Norwegian league title in 2011 and 2012.

Molde have given the Norwegian Football Federation (NFF) permission to speak to their manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer about the vacant Norway manager's job, according to club director Oystein Neerland.

Former Manchester United striker and Cardiff City manager Solskjaer scored 23 goals for Norway in 63 appearances between 1995 and 2007, putting him fifth in their all-time scoring chart.

U.S. national team goalkeeper Ethan Horvath has signed with Belgian champion Club Brugge, the club announced on Tuesday.

The 21-year-old Colorado native spent most of the past four years in Norway, where he helped lead Molde FK to the knockout stage of the Europa League last season.

Bob Bradley says he's ready to get back into management immediately, after the American lost his job as Swansea City boss this week.

Bradley's time with the Premier League club ended after just 11 games, but he told ESPN FC that the experience hasn't deterred his desire to get back to work elsewhere.
