Jose Mourinho will push for Manchester United to return to the United States next summer, sources have told ESPN FC.
United have spent three weeks in the U.S. preparing for the new season, with Mourinho describing the tour as "perfect."
The club based themselves at UCLA, a training facility Mourinho used during his spells in charge of Chelsea, Inter Milan and Real Madrid.
Sources told ESPN FC he was also pleased with the accommodation in Los Angeles.
Most of United's staff stayed at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel while the players were at the Montage Beverly Hills, a less tourist-heavy establishment.
Mourinho and his staff will be involved in discussions about next summer's tour along with executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward and representatives of the club's commercial department.
Speaking about this summer's tour, the manager said: "Here, we have everything.
"The facilities are very good. The organisation is very good. Since 2004, I am still searching for the first mistake. The first mistake never arrived. It's amazing."
The tour has taken United to LA, Salt Lake City, Houston and Washington DC for games against LA Galaxy, Real Salt Lake, Manchester City, Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Last year, United endured a chaotic tour of China which ended with the cancellation of the Manchester derby against City because of the state of the pitch in the Bird's Nest Stadium in Beijing.
Mourinho also had to hold a prematch news conference at the Olympic Centre outside because the designated room was too hot and too full.
