Zlatan Ibrahimovic 'invaluable' for Man United youngsters - Marcus Rashford

Marcus Rashford has said Zlatan Ibrahimovic has helped him and Manchester United's other young players to improve.

Ibrahimovic is United's top scorer this season, taking his tally to 19 in all competitions with the late equaliser in Sunday's 1-1 draw with Liverpool, but Rashford says he is most keen to learn from the Swede's experience.

The 35-year-old has won 13 league titles in the last 15 years with Ajax, Juventus, Barcelona, both Milan clubs and most recently Paris Saint-Germain.

"For the young players to see his character and the way he approaches every game is invaluable," Rashford said while speaking at a Nike event in Germany. "Some players can't bring that when they move clubs.

"We have to try to learn from him while he is here and take what we can from his game."

The England international also praised the influence of his club and international captain, Wayne Rooney.

"Zlatan and Rooney are the two that stand out," he said.

"I grew up watching Rooney play week in, week out at Old Trafford, so those are the two that you look at and try to emulate."
