Zlatan Ibrahimovic in Man United squad for Galatasaray friendly

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is set to make his first Manchester United appearance this weekend after being named in the squad to face Galatasaray in Sweden.

Former Sweden international Ibrahimovic, 34, began training with United this week after his summer arrival on a free transfer and is expected to play some part in the friendly in Gothenburg, which begins at 7:30 p.m. CEST on Saturday.

Fellow summer signings Eric Bailly and Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who both featured in the International Champions Cup loss to Borussia Dortmund, are also set to take part in the game, while Matteo Darmian, Marouane Fellaini, Morgan Schneiderlin and Anthony Martial could make their first appearances since Euro 2016.

Bastian Schweinsteiger, Chris Smalling, Adnan Januzaj and Timothy Fosu-Mensah are among the players not included in the squad.
