Man City to freeze season tickets prices in Pep Guardiola's first season

Manchester City will not increase season ticket prices for next season when Pep Guardiola takes charge of the club.

City announced the decision on Monday in an email to supporters, according to the Manchester Evening News.

Last month, City fans had criticsed the club for increasing tickets for the Champions League quarterfinal against PSG to between £45-£60. In the previous round against Dynamo Kiev, tickets were between £30-£40.

City are the latest team to announce a ticket freeze for next season after thousands of Liverpool fans walked out of Anfield in protest to rising costs in February.
