Leeds United have appointed former Argentina and Chile coach Marcelo Bielsa as their new manager.
Bielsa, who signed a two-year deal, has been praised by several coaches, including Manchester City's Pep Guardiola and Tottenham Hotspur's Mauricio Pochettino, as one of the best tactical coaches because of his attacking style.
"My admiration for Marcelo Bielsa is huge because he makes the players much, much better," Guardiola said at a news conference before City faced Monaco in the Champions League round of 16 in 2017.
"Still, I didn't meet one guy, a former player from Marcelo Biesla who speaks no good about him. They are grateful about his influence on their careers in football."
Pochettino told SFR Sport in August that Bielsa is "like my father."
"My affection and my love for him are unconditional," Pochettino said. "... When I decided to be a manager, he was one of the coaches who inspired me."

Bielsa, 62, replaces Paul Heckingbottom, who was sacked after the club finished 13th in the Championship.
"It has always been my ambition to work in England," Bielsa, who coached Argentina between 1998 and 2004, said in a statement.
"I have had several opportunities ... however, I have always felt it was important to wait for the right project to come along, and so when a club with Leeds United's history made me an offer, it was impossible to turn down."
Bielsa was sacked by Lille in December and has also coached Marseille and Athletic Bilbao after his four-year run coaching Chile ended in 2011.
