CARSON, Calif. -- The LA Galaxy have signed veteran midfielder Jeff Larentowicz and added former captain Peter Vagenas to their front office.

The Galaxy announced the moves Wednesday.

Larentowicz has spent 11 seasons in MLS with New England, Colorado and Chicago, getting 37 goals and 18 assists. He won the MLS Cup with the Rapids and was the Fire's captain for three years.
