Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri reveals admiration for Oscar and Isco

Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri has told La Repubblica of his admiration for Chelsea star Oscar and Real Madrid's Isco and spoken of his search for a new No.10.

After both Andrea Pirlo and Carlos Tevez left the Serie A champions in the summer, Allegri said he needed a new creative star.

He told the paper: "I would really like a player who can invent a match and is never predictable -- I need that wild card within a balanced, structured tactical scheme.

"I like Real Madrid's Isco a lot, and Oscar -- but I also like two young Italians, Domenico Berardi and Federico Bernardeschi."

Allegri also revealed that he has been getting up at 6.30 every morning -- "when your brain is even more confused than your legs" -- in order to make time to study English, paving the way for a potential future move to the Premier League.

And he said he believed his qualities as a coach included "imagination and the ability to deal with the unexpected."

He explained: "I will often choose a starting XI on a Friday afternoon and then change things completely on the Sunday after an intuition.

"This happened with the first leg of the Champions League semifinal, for instance -- Juve vs Real Madrid, when I chose to field [midfielder Stefano Sturaro], with everyone telling me how crazy I was.

"But I was right. I have a lot of self-confidence.I never expect gratitude or empathy from anyone, as those are feelings that no longer exist in football. I am good at pretending, and I can lie if it is necessary."
