Sami Khedira and Paulo Dybala close on Juventus moves - reports

Sami Khedira and Paulo Dybala have taken a step closer to joining Juventus by passing medicals for the Serie A club, according to reports in Italy.

Khedira, who is out of contract with Real Madrid this summer, is reported by Tuttosport to have undergone his medical in London, where specific attention was paid to the knee which he damaged in 2013. The results were then sent to Turin for evaluation.

The German midfielder will arrive on a free transfer, adding his name to a growing list of impressive free signings the Bianconeri have made in recent years: including Andrea Pirlo, Paul Pogba and Fernando Llorente.

Argentina striker Dybala was seen in Turin on Thursday undergoing tests prior to a move from Palermo which is likely to cost Juventus in the region of €35 million.

He would be one of a potential four new arrivals at the Italian champions this summer with Simone Zaza also set to follow from Sassuolo and goalkeeper Neto -- also on a free transfer -- from Fiorentina.

Dybala may miss Palermo's final game of the season at Roma on Sunday night so as not to risk him picking up an injury which may jeopardise the transfer.

It has been reported in La Gazzetta dello Sport, who published a video of him arriving for his medical, that the 21-year-old forward has even been invited by his likely new employers to attend the Champions League final in Berlin next Saturday.
