Antonio Conte has been crowned Serie A's coach of the year for the third consecutive time after steering Juventus to last season's Scudetto. (1:26)

Italy coach Antonio Conte is looking forward to returning to the Juventus Stadium when his side take on England in a friendly later this month.

It will be Conte's first visit to the ground since he resigned as Juve coach last summer after guiding the Bianconeri to three straight Serie A titles.

"It's going to be a home game for me," La Gazetta dello Sport quoted him as saying.

"I have been adopted by Turin -- I've been living here for practically 24 years. This city is a reference point for me and my family, and it's going to be very emotional to return to the Juventus Stadium.

"I'm just pleased to be returning with the Squadra Azzurra and not as an opponent."

Three days before the England friendly, Conte's team take on Bulgaria in a Euro 2016 qualifier in Sofia, and he said: "Three important points are at stake there, but it's going to be important to honour this game against England too, all the more so since we're playing in a city like Turin."

Juve president Andrea Agnelli again dismissed reports that Conte had left the club on bad terms, saying: "I think he's looking forward to returning to the [Juventus] Stadium, and the fans will be [looking forward to it] too.

"We're delighted to have him here, and I hope that he comes back again as Italy coach in years to come."
