Portugal international Joao Mario has joined Internazionale from Sporting CP in a €45 million deal.
The 23-year-old midfielder, who was part of the Portugal side that won the 2016 European Championship, passed his medical on Friday before agreeing personal terms.
It has been reported that Inter originally wanted a €10m loan plus a €35m obligation to buy in 2017.
