Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer has pulled out of the Germany squad for their international fixtures against England and Azerbaijan with calf muscle problems. Neuer, 30, an ever-present in the Bundesliga for Bayern this season, kept his fourth successive league clean sheet in Sunday's 1-0 win at Borussia Monchengladbach. However, he will not meet up with the Germany squad in Dortmund due to injury, opting to remain in Munich for treatment instead. Uncapped Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Kevin Trapp, 26, has been called into Joachim Low's squad, while Bernd Leno of Bayer Leverkusen and Barcelona's Marc-Andre ter Stegen are expected to battle it out for the No. 1 jersey in Neuer's absence.
