Bundesliga clubs will pay tribute to the victims of Monday night's attack on a Christmas market in Berlin with a minute of silence before games on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Twelve people died and 48 were injured, 18 of them severely, when a truck was driven through crowds in the Breitscheidplatz.
The area is also a traditional meeting place for fans ahead of the DFB Pokal final each spring.
"The Bundesliga will honour the victims of the tragedy in Berlin with a minute of silence at every match on Tuesday and Wednesday," a German Football League (DFL) statement said.
"Moreover, players of all teams will wear a black armband."

"It's a signal for our solidarity with those affected but also with the citizens of our capital," DFL president Reinhard Rauball added.
"Those bereaved and the many injured, to whom we wish a speedy and full recovery, have the deepest sympathy of professional football.
"We are all shattered by what happened on a peaceful Christmas market on Monday evening."
Hertha Berlin host Darmstadt on Wednesday, and sporting executive Michael Preetz told a news conference on Tuesday: "It's a signal that terror won't force us to our knees."
Several Bundesliga clubs also used their social media outlets to pay tribute to the victims of the attack.
