PSG cruise into Coupe de France quarters as Ibrahimovic sinks Lyon

Paris Saint-Germain cruised into the quarterfinals of the Coupe de France with a 3-0 win over Lyon at the Parc des Princes.

The visitors frustrated Laurent Blanc's all-conquering PSG team until the 63rd minute when Zlatan Ibrahimovic chested in Lucas Moura's cross from five yards out to open the scoring.

The Swede doubled his tally from practically the same spot following good work down the right by Serge Aurier, and Adrien Rabiot sealed the win with a deft flick that went in off a post.

Earlier in the evening, Bordeaux blew an extra-time lead to lose 4-3 to Nantes in a thrilling match at the Nouveau Stade de Bordeaux.

Malcom thought he had given Bordeaux victory when he put his team 3-2 up in extra time, but Johan Audel equalised in the 115th minute before Alejandro Bedoya wrapped up a dramatic win for Nantes moments later.

The match was tied at 2-2 after 90 minutes, with Enzo Crivelli and Andre Biyogo Poko on target for the hosts. Yacine Bammou and Kolbeinn Sigthorsson scored for Nantes, who are seventh in Ligue 1.

Saint-Etienne also needed extra time to see off Ligue 1 bottom side Troyes 2-1.

Benjamin Nivet equalised Oussama Tannane's opener to take the game beyond 90 minutes, but Ronael Pierre Gabriel ended any hopes of an upset when he scored the winner in the 107th minute.

In Wednesday's other match, Lorient avoided a shock as they swept aside amateur side US Sarre-Union 4-0 thanks to a double from Benjamin Jeannot and goals from Moryke Fofana and Maxime Barthelme.
