FIFA Club World Cup - when does it take place and what are the fixtures?

The 2015 FIFA Club World Cup will take place in Japan in December 2015.

The qualified teams are:

River Plate (Copa Libertadores winners)
Barcelona (UEFA Champions League winners)
America (CONCACAF Champions League winners)
Auckland City (OFC Champions League winners)

Three places have yet to be determined:

AFC Champions League winners (decided Nov. 21)
CAF Champions League winners (decided by Nov. 8)
2015 J. League winners (decided by Dec. 5)

*If Gamba Osaka win the J. League the AFC Champions League runners-up will also qualify.

The first game will take place in Yokohama on Dec. 10 when Auckland City will play the J. League winners (or the AFC Champions League runners-up).

The other fixtures are:

Dec. 13, Osaka: America vs. AFC Champions League winners
Dec. 13, Osaka: CAF Champions League winners vs. winners of the first match

There is then a match for fifth place:

Dec. 16, Osaka: Between the losers of the matches on Dec. 13

Semifinals:

Dec. 16, Osaka: River Plate v the winners of the match on Dec. 13 involving the CAF Champions League winners
Dec. 17, Yokohama: Barcelona v the winners of the match on Dec. 13 involving America

Third place playoff:

Dec. 20, Yokohama: Losers of the semifinals

Final:

Dec. 20, Yokohama: Winners of the semifinals
