Everton hire goalkeeping coach from Feyenoord

Everton's Dutch influx is continuing after they agreed a deal with Feyenoord to bring in Patrick Lodewijks as first-team goalkeeping coach.

Lodewijks, 49, is set to be reunited with new manager Ronald Koeman, with whom he previously worked during Koeman's time in charge at the Eredivisie club.

An Everton statement said the deal was subject to the completion of the necessary paperwork.

Koeman has already brought his brother Erwin and Jan Kluitenberg with him from Southampton to fill the roles of assistant manager and fitness coach respectively.

Lodewijks has been goalkeeping coach at Feyenoord since 2007, having also worked with Holland's under-21s.
