FA Cup second round draw - local tie for Blyth Spartans

Seventh-tier side Blyth Spartans have been handed an FA Cup second-round tie against North-East counterparts Hartlepool.

The Northern Premier League Premier Division club overcame Altrincham at the weekend and will now make the 40-mile trip to face a Pools side who sit bottom of League Two.

The lowest-ranked team left in the competition are Warrington of the Northern Premier League Division One North and they have been handed a trip to Conference Gateshead as reward for defeating League Two Exeter.

Conference North Worcester were another of the weekend's giant killers as they knocked out League One Coventry and they will next face more third-tier opposition in Scunthorpe.

Isthmian League outfit Maidstone United face a replay against Stevenage and should they come through that they face a trip to north Wales to take on Wrexham.

Telford have been handed a trip to Ashton Gate to face the highest-ranked team in the draw, Bristol City.

Concord Rangers saw their match against Mansfield postponed, and then go to a replay, and the winner of that will travel to Cambridge.

Ties to be played between Dec. 5-8.
