Midtjylland draw to clinch their first Danish title

FC Midtjylland secured their first Danish title on Thursday night as they got across the line with a goalless draw away to relegation-threatened FC Vestsjaelland.

The result moves Midtjylland 10 points clear of FC Copenhagen with three matches left to play, ensuring they can at last taste glory having twice previously finished as runners-up in the Superliga -- in both 2007 and 2008.
