Davide Nicola will lead Crotone into the first Serie A campaign in their history after being named head coach of the promoted club.
The Calabrians finished second behind Cagliari in Serie B, with their Croatian boss Ivan Juric attracting attention from the likes of Leeds by upsetting the odds in the second tier.
Juric is now free to join Genoa, who have been linked with his services since Gian Piero Gasperini moved to Atalanta earlier this month, while former Bari coach Nicola takes over at the 9,631-capacity Stadio Ezio Scida.
A statement published on Crotone's official website confirmed 43-year-old Nicola's appointment and said he would be introduced "in the next few days."
