Manager Gary Caldwell may make changes as Wigan seek to secure the Sky Bet League One title.

The Latics secured their instant return to the Championship last week and need a point against the Tykes to make certain of silverware.

Dutch attacking midfielder Yanic Wildschut will be hopeful of a starting spot after coming off the bench to score twice in the 4-0 thumping of Blackpool.

League One's top scorer Will Grigg, who has eight goals in his last seven games, will be looking to find the back of the...

Four second-half goals at Blackpool clinched Wigan's promotion back to the Sky Bet Championship and left the hosts on the brink of successive relegations a 4-0 defeat.

Blackpool missed a couple of great chance inside half an hour as Jack Redshaw was denied by Jussi Jaaskelainen before Mark Cullen dragged an effort wide from eight yards.

The game opened up after half-time and Wigan almost scored on the counter attack after 58 minutes, but Yanic Wildschut's shot was straight at Colin Doyle.

But they did...

Goals from Chris McCann, Will Grigg (2) and Michael Jacobs gave Wigan Athletic a 4-1 victory over Southend - and all-but secured their promotion back to the Sky Bet Championship.

The Latics remain three points clear of second-placed Burton but, crucially, nine ahead of Walsall, the only other team that can overhaul them.

But with their vastly-superior goal difference effectively being worth a point, Gary Caldwell's men are there in all but name.

Their latest victory - their first in three matches -...

Man United paid more than £10 million in agents' fees over winter

ESPN FC's Shaka Hislop says not to get too carried away with Manchester United's positive performance against Palace.

Manchester United have spent more money on agent and intermediaries' fees between October and February this season than any other club in the Premier League, paying out over £10 million.

Figures published by the Football Association show United paid £3.35m more than Liverpool -- the club with the second highest outlay in the division.

Tom Naylor's fifth goal of the season secured a 1-1 Sky Bet League One draw for Burton in their top-of-the-table clash with Wigan at the Pirelli Stadium.

Wigan went ahead just seven minutes into the game when Michael Jacobs' left-footed cross from the right evaded striker Will Grigg in the penalty area and crept inside Jon McLaughlin's post.

Albion, with just one goal in their last five games, were on the back foot but battled bakc inot the game with Naylor rising superbly at the back post to head...
