Steven Berghuis joins Watford from AZ as squad overhaul continues

Steven Berghuis scored 11 goals in 22 league games for AZ Alkmaar last season.

Watford have signed winger Steven Berghuis from AZ Alkmaar as their summer overhaul continues.

Berghuis, who can play on either flank, has signed a four-year contract after moving for a reported £4.5 million fee.

He has represented Netherlands at under-21 and was called up to the senior squad for the first time last month.
