AC Milan sign Diego Laxalt, Samu Castillejo as squad overhaul continues

Tiemoue Bakayoko has left Chelsea to join Serie A side AC Milan on a season-long loan.

Villarreal forward Samuel Castillejo and Genoa midfielder Diego Laxalt have joined AC Milan shortly before the close of Italy's transfer window, the Serie A club said on Friday.

Milan added that Carlos Bacca and Gianluca Lapadula have signed for Villarreal and Genoa respectively.

Valencia sign Denis Cheryshev on season-long loan from Villarreal

Russia World Cup star Denis Cheryshev will join Valencia on loan from Villarreal for the 2018-19 season.

Valencia released a statement on Tuesday confirming that a deal had been agreed for the winger.

Cheryshev, 27, scored four goals to help Russia to the quarterfinals of the World Cup this summer.

He began his career at Real Madrid in 2002, playing over 100 times for the B team, but rarely made a first-team appearance and joined Sevilla and Villarreal on loan before signing permanently for the...

Cazorla, 33, feared his career was over when an infection he suffered after surgery almost led to his foot being amputated in 2017.

After eight operations, he left Arsenal earlier this year when his contract expired but he has proved his fitness during a trial with Villarreal this summer, earning a one-year contract with...

Santi Cazorla's Villarreal unveiling storms social media after stunning smoke show

La Liga side Villarreal revealed new signing Santi Cazorla from a plume of smoke on the Estadio de la Ceramica pitch.

After being released by Arsenal a few months ago, Santi Cazorla spent the summer working his way back to fitness and attempting to earn a contract with former club Villarreal.

It was then announced at the beginning of June that the 33-year-old had done enough to convince the Yellow Submarine to sign him up despite having not played a competitive game for over two years due to a chronic tendon injury.

So, it was left to Villarreal to unveil their new man on Thursday and, playing on Cazorla's "Little...
