Udinese give Orestis Karnezis one-year contract extension

Udinese have rewarded goalkeeper Orestis Karnezis with a one-year contract extension after a strong first season in Serie A.

The Greek international started in 37 league games for Udinese, helping the Friuli outfit finish 16th in the standings in 2014-15.

Juventus exercise Roberto Pereyra option with four-year deal

Juventus exercised their option to sign Argentina's Roberto Pereyra to a four-year deal.

Juventus have exercised the option to buy Argentinian midfielder Roberto Pereyra from Udinese, the Serie A champions have announced.

Pereyra joined Juve last summer on loan from Udinese and enjoyed an impressive campaign, scoring four goals and setting up three more in 35 league appearances to help the Turin giants win the Scudetto.

Dejan Stankovic back at Inter Milan on coaching staff

Dejan Stankovic has returned to Inter Milan to fill the role of first team club manager, providing support to coach Roberto Mancini after spending last season as assistant coach to Andrea Stramaccioni at Udinese.

Stankovic, who played 326 games for the Nerazzurri and was part of their 2010 treble-winning squad, joins Mancini's staff and will assist in the management of the current first team, "on and off the field," according to a statement on the Serie A club's website.
