Hoffenheim forward Mark Uth agrees summer Schalke move

Mark Uth has scored 28 goals in 72 games for Hoffenheim.

Schalke have agreed a deal to sign Hoffenheim forward Mark Uth on a free transfer in the summer.

Uth, 26, was due to be a free agent in the summer and will sign a four-year deal with Schalke.

The former Germany youth international, who has scored nine Bundesliga goals so far this season, told his new club's official website: "I'm confident that a move to Schalke 04 is the perfect next step for me. I'm really looking forward to tackling this new challenge from the summer.

Hoffenheim's Alfred Schreuder to join Ajax as Erik ten Hag's assistant

Hoffenheim assistant coach Alfred Schreuder is leaving the Bundesliga club to take up a similar role with Ajax.

The 45-year-old Dutchman, who has been assistant at Hoffenheim since October 2015, will link up with new Ajax boss Erik ten Hag in Amsterdam.

Hoffenheim said in a statement on their official website that former Feyenoord and NAC Breda midfielder Schreuder, who spent his entire playing career in Holland, asked for his contract to be terminated.

Huddersfield boss Wagner has no plans to leave to return to Germany

David Wagner feels Huddersfield showed more attacking intent than Stoke as his side were held to a 1-1 draw at John Smith's Stadium.

David Wagner has said the time to return to Germany has not yet come as the Huddersfield Town coach has been linked with the job in the Hoffenheim dugout.

"The right moment to leave this wonderful club has not come yet," he told Suddeutsche Zeitung.

Having joined Huddersfield from Borussia Dortmund's reserves in 2015, Wagner took the The Terriers to Premier League this summer, and with half the season played has so far steered the club to a mid-table position.

Germany forward Sandro Wagner joins Bayern Munich from Hoffenheim

Despite the final scoreline of 2-1 in Bayern's favor, the FC guys discuss whether the second half displayed underlying flaws for Munich.

MUNICH -- Germany international striker Sandro Wagner has sealed a deal to return to his boyhood club Bayern Munich, the Bundesliga leaders have confirmed.

The German champions had been in talks with Hoffenheim about signing their former youth-team product for a number of weeks, with Hoffenheim manager Julian Nagelsmann recently saying he expected a deal to be done "in the next two weeks."

Wagner will officially join Bayern on Jan. 1 on a contract until 2020.
