Former Manchester United forward Giuseppe Rossi is training with Real Salt Lake as he looks to earn a contract with the MLS side, sources have told ESPN.

The American-born forward has spent most of his professional career in Italy and Spain, having suffered serious knee injuries, and last played for Genoa in the 2017-18 season.

Kyle Beckerman has agreed a new contract with Real Salt Lake which gives him a shot at becoming Major League Soccer's all-time record appearance maker.
